Positivity-Staying Positive
17 Then Eli answered and said, “Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition which you have asked of Him.” 18 And she said, “Let your maidservant find favor in your sight.” So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad.

By being kind to others and offering acts of service helps to get you out of your head when you focus on the needs of others. You can’t be grateful and grumpy at the same time! Simply seeking joy and looking for the positive side of life will brighten your day and create a ripple effect for others.
Another important aspect of maintaining positivity is being willing to let go of grudges, resentments and negative emotions. Give yourself the gift of freedom by offering forgiveness toward yourself and others to fully liberate your thinking.
