Day 21

Jan 24, 2026

I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever. 2 Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever. 3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised;

And His greatness is unsearchable. Psalm 145:1-3

Praise is a powerful tool for expressing gratitude and acknowledgement even in the face of adversity. It helps to develop gratitude, faith, and unshakable trust in God’s kindness and self-control. Bring grateful and focusing on God can shift our brain functioning away from grumpiness because you can’t be grateful and grumpy at the same time! By choosing to praise, we show our belief in God and His power to make all things work for our good.

Praise is a weapon that can fight the enemy’s plots, stop negativity, and bring in God’s presence and strength to our lives. It puts us in sync with His purposes, destroys strongholds, and unleashes his deliverance.

When we shift our focus from problems to God’s greatness, praise uplifts our spirits, fills us with joy, and strengthens our resolve to persevere. It transforms our perspective, allowing us to trust in the unfolding of God’s perfect plan. Show appreciation, gratitude, and give words of encouragement to others. We can see positive changes in our lives when we incorporate praise. Gratitude can be our weapon against life’s storms.

Honoring God’s goodness despite hardships is essential through praise. By using this powerful weapon, we can conquer challenges, invite God’s presence, and transform or perspective.

Thoughts To Reflect On:

How can I cultivate a practice of self-appreciation and gratitude?

How can I offer genuine praise and encouragement to others in my life?

What steps can I take to create a culture of praise and affirmation in my relationships and community?
